Youth Program Update

Labor Day - Dojo holiday! Monday, September 6th.

Classes for Youth, 7-14 years:
Monday and Wednesday, 4:30 to 6:00 pm
Thursday, 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

Classes for Aiki-mites (4, 5 & 6 years):
Wednesday, 3:30 to 4:15 pm

Aikido of Monterey for Adults!
Of course we always have Aikido training for the grown-ups! Check out the schedule on this website. We always have classes that are great for beginners. The adults have fun, too!

Pilates - Lunch Special! Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12noon - 1pm. Basic mat classes on the beautiful Aikido of Monterey mat. $80 for 10 classes. Special rates for AOM members and families. Meditation - Classes are held every Saturday from 7 - 8:50am. You can attend all or part. No experience necessary. Free and open to the public. Classes are led by Scott Stillenger, a meditation teacher. Once a month a Saturday session will be held from 11:45 to 1pm. The next will be August 7. See the events page for scheduled dates.

Aikibojitsu - Based on the movements of Aikido, this fun wooden staff practice improves movement, flexibility, coordination, balance and energy. For adults and teens, this class meets Monday and Wednesdays from 12noon - 1pm. It is taught by Michael Smith Sensei. The cost is $50 for one class a week and $75 for two. Family discounts apply.
